He has worked in various production/service sectors as a manager/consultant on Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement. He started the Lean 6 Sigma program in Europe’s largest integrated textile factory and became an Expert Black Belt.

In the field of Management Consulting, he has done process analysis, project opportunities detection and technical opportunity analyzes in multinational companies in the Philippines and Bulgaria, and has undertaken project consultancy and coaching. He has been consulting on Operational Excellence since 2012.

Among the companies he works with are Levi’s, Bosch, Sandoz, Coats, Imperial Tobacco, Kasar-Dual, Arçelik and Tüpraş. He has given many Black Belt and Green Belt trainings. He has trained nearly 400 Green and Black Belts and provided leadership and consultancy to nearly 600 projects.

He made a presentation on Lean 6 Sigma at Aluexpo 2011 fair and the presentation was published as an article in Aluminum International Today magazine. He has 4 articles written on digitalization. Of these, “A proposed methodology for process-based digital transformation road map: FMEA and VOC combined in Digi-Check-Up®” was published at the ETMS Summit in 2019. He holds an Executive MBA degree from Sabancı University. He is the founding partner of BiLiG OpEx, which currently provides Digital OpEx (Digital Operational Excellence) services. He is a mentor for Start-Ups at ITU Çekirdek. He is a member of the Board of the Istanbul Branch of the Turkish Informatics Association.
